WebJan 19, 2024 · UPDATE: It seems that Afterburner slowly really up the fans while Precision X1 makes fan #3 jump immediately to 30 percent so that the clicking isn't noticeable. Apparently fan #3 isn't intended to spin between 1-29 percent but to remain at 0 or jump to 30. That is what's causing the clicking on FTW3 cards (at least on my 3070 Ti FTW3).

Replace the fan or replace the GPU, the sound is pretty obviously the shaft or bearings are worn out.
