As for the catted connection, typically that means hi flow cats, in regards to connecting to your existing Mid-Pipes, it will require some modification of some sort. From what I have heard the 6.0L and bigger motors like the 1 7/8 headers over the 1 3/4 headers. I guess it only works if you are 2wd but from what they say if you are 2wd they work really well.
